About Author

Dr. Jonell Lisel McPherson is a Counselor Educator Supervisor, the owner of the Wellness Transformational Centre, LLC, and the author of the bestselling life guide “The Shift in Perspective”.

Dr. JL McPherson (A.K.A.-Dr. J) is a well-known name among mental health professionals as she inspires, empowers, counsels, and teach people mindful and unlimited ways of how to take back control of their life.
